We collect name, email, phone number, login history, member questions and answers, and information needed for enrollment and payment. Card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
2. Purpose
Information is used for account management, identity verification, course delivery, payments, Q&A operations, support, and legal compliance.
3. Retention
Information is retained until account deletion or fulfillment of the purpose, except where transaction records must be retained by law.
4. Processors
Minimum necessary information may be provided to Stripe for payment processing.
5. Public Content
Public questions and answers are visible to visitors. Private questions are visible only to the author and administrators.
6. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal information.
Job Information and Consent Evidence
We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, post content, IP addresses, browser information, and service-use records to provide accounts, education, job and job-seeker postings, communications, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
At signup and renewed consent, we record separate acceptance times for the Terms and Privacy Policy, document versions and SHA-256 hashes, language, IP address, and User-Agent.
Job-post company names, roles, locations, pay ranges, employment types, and poster-provided contacts may be public. Job-seeker contacts are hidden from anonymous visitors by default; if the job seeker selects public display, anyone may view them, otherwise only signed-in members may view them.
Users may edit or delete their posts and may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions for legally required retention.
