1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of online education, the Q&A community, and payment services provided by ComCleaners Professional Garment Care & Dry Cleaning School.
2. Registration
Registration and enrollment are permitted only after agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Member Responsibilities
Members must not impersonate others, redistribute training content without permission, or interfere with the service.
4. Member Content
Members may create public or private questions and answers. Illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content may be restricted or removed.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds and cancellations follow separate policies and applicable law.
6. Education and Certification
Unless expressly stated otherwise, certificates are Certificates of Completion and are distinct from ComCleaners Verified Skill or government-issued credentials.
Job and Job-Seeker Platform
ComCleaners provides an online space where employers and job seekers may post information and contact each other. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ComCleaners is not the employer, employment agency, recruiter, or a party to an employment agreement and does not guarantee hiring, payment, working conditions, or the accuracy of member-posted information.
Job posters must have authority to recruit and accurately state the role, location, contact information, and the good-faith pay range reasonably expected at hire. Posters may not seek an applicant’s salary history or include discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful requirements.
Job seekers must not post Social Security or national identification numbers, birth dates, health or financial information, immigration documents, or other sensitive personal data. Job seekers control contact visibility; information marked public may be viewed by anyone.
We may hide or remove posts and restrict accounts when fraud, privacy violations, discrimination, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms are suspected. These features provide technical compliance support and are not legal advice. Users should independently verify the other party and all terms and consult qualified counsel when appropriate.
